Collecting Your Name Badge

The CD1-MR1 2025 registration desk is in the Foyer area outside the Auditorium at Oregon Health & Science University. All attendees will need to collect their name badge from the registration desk prior to attending their first session.

The registration desk will be open at the following times:

• Tuesday, September 9:              8:00am – 4:00pm
• Wednesday, September 10:       8:00am – 4:00pm
• Thursday, September 11:           8:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday, September 12:                8:00am – 4:00pm

Photos, Video and Social Media

Please feel free to discuss the exciting content being presented at the meeting via social media. However, it is vital that you respect the wishes of the presenter if they do not want their findings to be broadcast. If for any reason at all a speaker doesn’t want photos taken during their presentation, they should declare this at the start of their talk. Finally, we don’t wish to distract our speakers, so please keep photo-taking to a minimum during talks.  

Internet
There is complimentary Wi-Fi available within OHSU. Wi-fi Network: OHSU Guest. There is no password, you just need to accept the terms and conditions.

Insurance
The hosts and organizers are not responsible for personal accidents, any travel costs, or the loss of private property, and will not be liable for any claims.   Attendees requiring insurance should make their own arrangements.  

Parents Place
A private space can be made available for parents to utilize as needed throughout the meeting to feed your child(ren) in privacy and comfort. Ask the ASN staff at the registration desk for details.
